Liability in such cases differs based on the degree of contribution, as either a principal perpetrator or an accomplice. The Algerian legislator has sought to amend certain traditional rules in this domain by abandoning the requirement of fault as an essential condition in some management-related offenses. This implies that criminal liability may be attributed to the manager even in the absence of criminal intent, provided the material elements of the offense are established.
