Security between the Legal and the Judicial: Discussion of Roles and Effectiveness

Abstract
Judicial security is one of the most important components of legal security. The relationship between them is strong and complementary, and together they contribute to achieving effectiveness because they share common objectives. This leads to a key conclusion: whenever judicial security is effectively ensured, legal security is also ensured.
