Abstract
In recent decades, technological advances have allowed people to improve their bodies and minds significantly. Human improvement refers to a wide range of interventions and technologies aimed at improving people beyond what is otherwise considered typical or average. This poses a number of ethical, legal and social challenges. In this context, there is a need to discuss ethical issues and define the vectors of further legal regulations. The aim of this study is to help researchers to examine and address ethical issues related to human enhancement. To this end, it provides an overview and analysis of ethical issues related to the use of human enhancement technologies. Thus, the paper focuses on legal issues arising from human enhancement phenomena and suggests systematic discussions. The document contributes to the current debate on the future development of cyborgization and examines the boundaries that will define man as a cyborg in the near future. Overall, the current research has crucial moral implications for the application of transhumanism technologies.
